Vodafone had an existing store concept but were not fully engaging with their customers - that's were we came in!
GRR considered how consumers wanted to interact with the store and created a design and layout that made a trip to Vodafone a far more rewarding experience.
We used various techniques to Retail Tune TM the store including heat monitoring technology to find 'cold areas' in store... or put simply, we analysed where nobody ever went and thought about how this impacted on sales opportunities. We also created a new system to allow customers to pre-alert staff as to the nature of their visit.
The stores looked fantastic and were delivered on time and on budget. It's not surprising to hear that we exceeded all the targets set in the brief - but if you don't believe us just have a look at what Vodafone themselves had to say!
