We are very happy to announce that we have received notification from the IIP independent assessment panel to confirm that Green Room has successfully achieved the Investors In People accreditation.

This is excellent news for us, not least because our industry is not known for its investment in people- especially in relation to our learning and development initiatives.

The outcome of this assessment means a lot to us as employers, as it was conducted by an independent external body.  They have not only been in to interview the senior team, but have also spoken in-depth with a variety of people across the wider team and probed in to the heart of the business to be absolutely sure that we genuinely do the things we say. 

We really wanted to get an objective and honest view from our team to ensure that the assessment was a true reflection of their opinion of the business, which is why we were so keen to emphasise that the surveys and interviews were in strictest confidence. 

Our assessor commented specifically on the “cooperation, openness and honesty of all interviewees”, so we are really grateful for the overall team input that was put into this process.

Our investment will continue long in to the future as our team’s skills will define the success of Green Room going forward. As a business this outcome will ensure that Green Room is viewed as an employer of choice and, as such, we will be able to continue recruiting and retaining the best talent to work alongside and support our already great team of bright, competent, committed and enthusiastic individuals.
