    The brief

    The Body Shop hired Green Room to design, manufacture and install a pop-up store at the Goodwood Vintage Festival. The brief showed an insight into how the concept of pop-up retail is evolving: not just launching a new product but challenging brand perception with a different, younger audience with existing products – and driving traffic to local retail.

    The solution

    Green Room created an amazing customer experience to encourage people who wouldn’t normally shop at The Body Shop to come inside and take a look around. The space included an ice cream parlour, with a traditional green and white awning, body butters presented in ice cream containers and even an authentic ice cream freezer to display product in.

    The result

    The figures exceeded expectations: 6,500 sampling pots, 670 makeovers, 1,676 data capture entries and post redemptions on bounce-back vouchers 1,000
